Have you confirmed that the fault is within your feed as opposed to the other feed reading services? I've had 3rd party feed services suddenly disgorge an entire year's worth of old posts before now.

In rare cases, a theme can affect the output of the feed. Try switching to the Default theme (WordPress 2.9) or the Twenty Ten theme (WordPress 3.0) to rule-out a theme-specific issue.
